After we have reviewed your
information, we will contact you via email or phone to
confirm you request and obtain any additional or missing
information about your project.
In about one to two days, we
will contact you again with instructions on how you can
listen to the demos submitted by the talents using
your web browser and review the quotes.
After you select a particular
talent, completion of your project typically takes one day
to three days depending on your deadline and the complexity
of your project.
At any time, you can contact
us with questions. We are here to help.

process is at no charge to you. The only costs are the
actual recording fee quoted by the talent you have selected.

listen to the Auditions and view the Quotes
I requested?
When a good group of auditions has been
recorded in the studio by our talents, you
will be notified via email or phone. You can
listen to the auditions and review the
individual quotes online here at our website
in a secured area.

How long
does it take to start getting Quotes and
Auditions?
Depending on the time of day you submit your
job information, quotes and auditions come
in that same day, or next day up to two to
three days (as if submitted over the
weekend).

Do I have to
pay one time for the work or do I pay each
month to use the final recording of my
project?
Unless otherwise agreed upon by you, the
majority of the audio recording done by our
talents are what is known as a "buyout."
This means that you own the final recording
for the one time payment of the agreed upon
amount.

completed?
Notify us that you have selected the right
voice for your job. You will then receive a
basic standard Voiceover Agreement that
lists the payment amount and instructions on
how to easily submit payment online via
PayPal. You do not need to have a PayPal
account to use this feature.

Quotes and auditions are at no cost.
Different talents have differing rates which
you will see when reviewing their auditions.
The only amount you pay is the agreed upon

How much
does it cost for what I want done?
The talents want to record your job and will
compete for your work. The rates are quoted
by each talent which you will see when
reviewing their auditions. You save money
since the Talents are non-union, which mean
you do not pay union rates and additional
agency fees.

How do I
obtain a custom demo of my script at
no-charge?
Auditions are available so you can select
the right voice for your job. Custom reads
of your individual script are available on
jobs with a budget starting at $175. This
way you hear exactly how your job will sound
by any particular talent.

How does my budget
affect the types and quality of auditions I
receive?
All of our 2,000 + talents have varying
levels of skill and experience. The more
experienced, more versatile, more talented
voice actors have fees that are higher than
the less experienced Talents. When you
request quotes for your project, the Talents
will review your budget range. Many times,
the more experienced Talents will not quote
on jobs that are below their minimum rates.
Basically, in most cases, the more realistic
your budget range, the better the Talent
pool who will bid on your work. As a general
rule, you will not
get a the voice quality of a $250 Talent for a
job with a $100 budget. Your budget really
does reflect the quality of the voices that
will audition for your particular job.
